Shipping, Refund, Return Policy


As soon as you place your order, you will get confirmation e-mail. And my Elves (Ok, ok, no elves, just old me) will get to packing your order as soon as possible. Your orders will be shipped within 7-9 business days (Unless stated otherwise in product description) and I will notify you as soon as it is shipped, along with your courier tracking no. 

I ship Domestic (Indian) orders via DTDC Couriers and you can track your orders here

I ship all International orders via DHL Couriers and you can track your orders here

Please make sure that you have provided the full address AND your contact number, as I or delivery services will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. Also please DO provide a contact no, as couriers require one, in case they need instructions to reach your address, or they miss you. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided or no contact number is provided, I will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. As I am unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, if I do not get a reply after 3 attempts to reach you, I will initiate a refund after cancelling the order.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Saturday, and will be attempted thrice before they are returned to me. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. You need to pay the additional fees BEFORE I send out the order.

I will inform you the estimated time your order will reach you once it is sent out. Domestic (Indian) orders, generally, reach within 7 working days. (Though, they could take longer due to holidays or if courier services have too many deliveries, or any other unforeseen circumstances) International orders may take longer depending on the location.


I offer free shipping on all orders INR 999/- and above.

For order values below INR 999, we offer a flat shipping rate of INR 99.


I use DHL services to deliver your orders to your doorstep to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. However, as custom duties and charges vary from country to country and are at the sole discretion of the custom office of your country, they cannot be predicted by me. So, any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility. While no shipments to USA have been taxed so far, almost every shipment to the European countries has been taxed.


I really hope that you’re happy with your purchase with my shop. However, if you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at within 2 day of receiving the product. I value you and will try our best to resolve the issue.

However, this is a one woman show, I reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as I deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. In case of you receiving damaged package, I may ask you to sent me a visual proof of the same.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless I specify otherwise. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and sustainable nature of our products and are what makes each piece special. 


For any reason you want to cancel your order, please mail at But Please do so within 2 days of you placing your order. If your order has not been shipped by the time of your cancellation request, I will refund you the full amount. 

Please do note that I will cancel the order ONLY and ONLY if it is NOT SHIPPED. Once shipped, I will not consider cancellation requests.
